What is the best way to massage your dog's ears?

My Lab/Rott mix has really bad ears. She gets infections in them and they are always hurting her. She has medicine for them, so she doesn't need the vet. I just want to know some good massage methods I can give her. Right now I am rubbing them in circles and stroking them. Also, no deep massages because they are still very sensitive. Thx
it's not so much as to cure her, but to give her relief from the itching

Her ears shouldn't be hurting if your vet prescribed meds for her ear infections. Since ear infections are incredibly painful, you need to go back to your vet and let him know she isn't getting any better.

Rubbing this poor dog's ears, no matter how you do it, isn't going to help her even one little bit! She needs some real help.

i dont know how well that will help because ear infections are more inside the ear if you know what i mean so the pain is still existant...my labs have yucky ears too and we clean them with these drops from the vet that seems to work very well.

You should rub them for her. Oh and don't scratch them, that would be more pain for her.
