i train and play football (soccer) about 3 times a week for about 1 hour and 30 minutes each training session, my whole body is like really tense and i just want to get my muscles all loosen up. my back is like very tense and my legs hurt a lot. what type of massage should i get? are hot stone massages good? my joints are very poppy too, like my joints pop alot, when i walk, stretch and like just move. they are always popping. the current list of massages in my mind are thai herbal massage (with herbal compress), aromatherapy oil massage, aromatic hot stone massage, swedish massage, sports massage or a hot oil massage. wich one will be good to relax my muscles and like rejuvenate me
