What makes getting a massage a special experience for you?

I am a massage therapist who is trying to get an idea of what clients prefer in a massage setting and what the little extra things are that make them keep coming back to the same therapist. Do you prefer oil or lotion? Does a heated table make a big difference to you? How important is the lighting in the room (do you like it very dim)? Is the decor important? What type of music do you like to hear (piano, strings, flutes, ocean waves, nature sounds)? Anything would be helpful. Thanks! :)
