I'm a dancer and i suffer from very very bad lower back pain. I have had to stop dancing for a month because it is too painful. I also have aching shoulders and neck. I just want to get back to dancing as quickly as possible and i'm thinking about getting a massage. The problem is I don't know which one to get. My back is very painful and sometimes the muscles spasm.
Also if anybody could recommend a place to get it done? I live near manchester so anywhere in manchester, stockport, ashton, denton, places like that
