as on Rove live, love that show :twisted: dont know how long this thread will stay here, but i think it should be bought up as it shows very bad form. i'm a little curious to know Naughty Nikki how the hell you are facing charges on advertising offences, when you are supposedly the advocate to all w/s in this industry yelling and screaming that they dare not break the law and if they do, low and behold your there to take the world on and yet here you are doing just that BREAKING THE LAW :!: you tell everyone and anyone that will listen that you are the be all and end all for the law and the w/ls. I think what a crock, why don’t you just retire Reviewom the industry, stop sticking your nose in where it isn't wanted and just move on :idea: and let the good w/ls look mpter themselves :roll:

I have always been upReviewont about legal issues going on within the Sex Industry - I do not consider myself to be above the law. I have nothing to hide and as always will speak openly about these situations to others so that more understanding can come about.

I had a visit Reviewom PETF (Prostitution Enforcement Task Force) Tuesday and have been issued with 2 Notices to Appear to answer to the charges of the following:

1. Published an advertisement for Prostitution that was not in the approved form.

2. Published an advertisement for Prostitution that described services offered.

Number 1 relates simply to my website - I put my site in for approval along the same time as everyone else - I complied with the changes that the PLA required and they kept coming back to me with new changes one mpter another - which I kept complying to.

The last straw for me was my online journal - they wanted me to remove the link as they said it was not linked to an approved site and I refused on the basis that it is not a site that is associated with Prostitution therefore I believe it was not relevant to the approval criteria. I did not resubmit my website and told them my objections.

The 2nd offence is in relation to my Sydney Tour I put on my website for March. They state that even though it was for Sydney because the offer of a 2 girl service (and description of service) was on a site that can be viewed in Qld, it is in breach of the Prostitution Act.

Any posts/promotions/service offers that originate in Qld for out of state Tours fall into Qld's legislation. I disagree (of course!!!)

Needless to say I will let you know about the outcome.

I'm with Nikki - Seems to me that the PLA are so bloody officious that we can't see or read much of worth on w/l websites. So good on you Nikki - take 'em on and see if we can't all have a bit less regulation.

Seeing as you have on many occasions NN, professed to be an advocate for wl's how about some respect for those of us who are street based workers?

I have my connections and don't walk the street as such, I get referals Reviewom clubs etc, but I don't look down on those who do and don't consider them any less worthwhile as people, as working people or as 'ho's. (Now there's a commonly used term u didn't mention).

Do we respect and love all sex workers or just the few you deem worthy?
