What to charge for  a workshop?

I might be teaching a 16 hours workshop in a massage school.  I have no idea how to charge the school.  Should it be a set fee or should I charge per student?  In any case how much should it be? I appreciate any suggestion or idea you may have.Thanks

Find out what has been done in the past by other course providers, decide how important it is to be teaching at the school i,e, i need the cash, give it cheap to make some cash, or i don't need the agrevation and i know i can always make more doing treatments in the clinic. also decide if you think you can put on other courses, and you want to be invited back, also what can the students afford/ willing to pay. is this course around a time of other major expenses for them, i.e. tuition.i suggest have ing the student pay, becuse if the school pays it comes out of there bottom line and will be a harder sell.hope this helps
