what's a good time to visit soi bangla?

i'm planning to visit phuket soon and like i mentioned in another thread, the daytime activities for a single male tourist is pretty limited, if you consider the fact that many activities are fun only if you do it with friends. so certainly i'm looking to get into getting some company asap. in bkk, the gogo bars in Nana start up at 7pm, and tend to have some gems there at opening hour who is still fresh for the day. is it the same in soi bangla? i wanna start the night early, and maybe take the girl out to dinner or maybe even dancing (non professionally of course). romance her up a little and probably i'll reap the benefits later in the sheets.

so how about it? what's the earliest i can go so that i can have a reasonably variety of ladies in the sois?

I went out with the window tapper last night for a nice meal in one of the restaurants in Mae Ubol Market. Great seafood, sat outside and basic food we were both happy with. She actually didn't go crazy and order 10 times too much food, which seems to be the norm (!) and was comfortable with the environment. Had I taken her to the White Box or Joe's Downstairs she would have been uncomfortable and the experience would have been wasted on her. I'm not stating ths as a snobbish thing, merely that there's different strokes for different folks. The atmosphere, which I care more about than price btw, was far more enjoyable for the both of us than being in an upmarket restaurant where you get the same, if not inferior food, at vastly inflated prices. Not that I would go there for a burger but I think Joes is something like B600 for a burger- I'd rather get a faulty burger and get value for money!!
