After what seems a lifetime to me, 2 and half years, I should be returning to Phuket this coming winter. Now each time I have not been back for a while, like most thing is life, things change. Bars, streets, hotels, nightclubs, Nicke's hairline, places to be, have all changed in the past between visits. So what happened since June 2009 in Patong and Phuket? Where are the places to go now? Do I have to marry to fit in any more? Do I have to spend Thursday drinking port while wearing a white shirt?

So give me some ideas people, I dont want my mind confussed any more than it will be once I land in town.....:great:

A new soi is going to open in August, on the left side of Bangla road, when you come from Soi Sansabai. It will have the same theme as Soi Tiger. It puzzles me a bit, because other bars don't have that many customers. I'm looking forward to seeing it anyway, next time I visit Patong.
