Whats the album introducing the beatles, worth(also checking if its real)?

Today at a garage sale i got the album introducing the beatles. from the resaerch ive done in the past half hour its mono, the front and back cover are glossy. the printing it crisp and clear, you can see georges shadow and on the record introducing the beatles, and the beatles are above the hole. so it may be real. not sure tho. any other ways to check? and if it is real, whats it worth(condition, someone drew a mustache on george, and the record has some scratches but plays,) and from what ive read they're extremely rare. like you'll never see a real one in your lifetime. so im not really getting my hopes up.

Sound real to me, I don't have an American price guide so I would pick one of those up...I've seen real copies over here for as low as £50.
