For me it's a condo in Florida . I love Florida and am close to retirement so now should be the time .

Prices in Florida are so low it has actually scared me from getting into the market wondering
how much lower can they go ? Planning on a road trip In April to view lots of properties around
Orlando and Pompano Beach area's .

LOL. My travelling /golf buddy is not into hobbying and isn't aware of my extra curricular activities . We are planning a golf/look at retirement homes road trip . He has a lot of family in Florida who we will be stopping by and visiting with as we have done before.
