My daughter is only 6 months old, but has already been eating 2nd foods for almost a month. She doesn't even like the watery purees. I'm wondering when it is ok to start introducing the puff snacks (like gerber graduates puffs, except I'll be buying the organic version). The thought crossed my mind the other day when I was eating Indian food and I had these pakora things... its basically vaggies rolled in chickpea flower and fried in canola oil... my daughter seemed fascinated by it, and since it had no spices or grease on the outside and it was about 5x too big for her to fit in her mouth so I knew she wouldn't choke, I put it on the floor next to her. She picked it up, brought it to her mouth, and started to chew on it (though as I said she couldn't get very far because it was so big lol). So this got me thinking, if she already tries to chew foods and has been eating 2nd foods for awhile now, is it okay to introduce the melt-in-the-mouth biscuits?
