When do I introduce my kittens into dry food? And the litmassageplanet.net ox?

My baby momma had her kittens on March 22. So they are a month and 2 days old. She had five kittens and they are all very healthy and energetic. I am just wondering how to help introduce them into eating dry food? What do I do? They have watched her eat her food. And they have already stuck their noses into the water bowl. What am I supposed to do? And what about potty training them? We have a little litter box thing with some Hartz ph5 cat litter. Is that the right kind of litter? It doesn't say if it is clumping or not so we put it up cause we didn't want to risk the kittens. Thanks!
And also she is an outside cat so she hasnt ever used a litter box. We found her as a stray last December.
