When was the last time you where honest with yourself?

I was thinking of the question.
I know people who avoid their feelings and not be honest. Ok I having a Zen moment but, I was wondering. I guess today there was an issue I was working on and I finally was honest with myself. Issue a Woman, finally honest how I really feel and growing from it. The other a Man, a realization that was difficult to make but very honest.

It only takes one Person with a simple question to make you face the true about things.:kiss:

Translation I think; I had an issue with a woman but was finally honest how I feel and now I am growing from it. The other issue I had was with a man and there I had to make a very honest and difficult realization.

I always try and be honest with myself. There is an issue though in my life, which I am not being honest with myself (maybe because I'm scared to). It started out as a small snowball, it just keeps getting bigger and bigger as time goes on. I know what I should do, but my heart tells me another.

Maybe one day I will be honest, just scared of the outcome:frown:

I'm glad you've been trying to be honest with yourself, blissful - sometimes it's not always easy to stand back and know the truth, just our own perception of it.

You don't have to expand on it out loud, writing it down might also help you sort out your thoughts. :great:

As Auggie said: I don't think coming here to air your dirty laundry is the right thing to be doing. As he said writing thoughts down help you organize them but there's no reason to post them anywhere, just keep them to yourself.

As for being honest with myself? I am always honest with myself. I do not delude myself with visions of grandeur, as popeye says: I yam what I yam and I yam what I yam......
