I can't believe I got screwed over again at SB. When I called to make an appointment, I was offered a 10pm one. So when I got there, they said "sorry, we are closed".

Not only was the "last appointment" going over time (till 10:20), I never got my massage.

It really sucks to have to wait in the cold for 20+ minutes and have no appointment.
 
That's fucked, considering they close at 10.00pm. One of the only things that makes any sense is that she was new and didn't know ( ? ) No excuse though.

The scenario sounds almost the same as your last "let down" at SB. It's freeeeezing out there. I feel your frustration.
 
I agree they suck for appointments the majority of the time the appointments are on time.....I received the same treatment..... made a appointment a few days in advance..after putting off all my other duties and arrived on time I was told there was no appointment made.......isn't that bullcrap...
 
I can't believe I am yet to be compensated for such "Miss. Behaviour" by such B girlies
 
The day that they compensate you for your lost time would be a mighty cold day in h e double hockey sticks.
