did you use a cup you already had, the bottom part of a sippy cup, go out and buy a special cup...
just curious because I would like to start letting my twins (14 months) use a cup but not sure where to start...(yes I know I'm overthinking this, but the couple of times they drank from my cup or glass of water they take it in then dribble it all out) thanx!
 
introduce a cup of water between 4-6 months of age -it's for practice only. by age 1, you can toss all bottles or keep your breasts in your bra.
 
ll 3 of my children were drinking from normal cups and glasses at 12-months of age. Do NOT buy sippy cups....they ruin children's teeth.
