I been eating very unhealthy for the past years, and none of my food contained fiber in it.
Yesterday I just started eating fiber cereal and I got fiber bars to snack on, I had excessive gas as a result and I wanted to know how am I suppose to go about with this?
Am I suppose to take fiber supplements? Am I suppose to take metamucil? I don't understand what steps to take for fiber, all I know is you're suppose to go from a little fiber to a little more each week, but how do I start is the real question!
Do I stick with just the fiber cereal for now..then add more? Or should I go all out right from the start and take metamucil!
