Where can I find inexpencive retail shelving?

Does anyone know where I can find some inexpencive retail shelving on the web? I would prefer wood, but would concider other materials if it had the right look.

To me, inexpencive means under $100.

IKEA now ships some of their stuff. You might try Dania Furniture too. CostPlus has "low cost" shelving, but it's not especially low cost.

Shipping will kill ya for furnishings. Bleh. If you have a wall where you know you won't need to move the shelving, you might consider using brackets and planks from somewhere like Home Depot. There are nice looking set-ups that don't look like discount store shelving. Granted, you lose portability, but it might work.

Look into the furniture warehouses... some of the places sell used furniture that places want to liquidate. Also look in your local classified sections for businesses that are going out of business or moving. You can get great deals that way!

hey for $10 i went with hidden brackets and white wooden shelves. i'll take a pic tomorrow and upload it for you
i got them from home depot when i was looking for something inexpensive

I would prefer not to be drilling holes in the walls at this time. I am not 100% certain I will be keeping my lobby area set up as it currently is. But yeah, that would be a very inexpencive option!

I found my shelving.

I found it at my local Hobby Lobby. Not wood, but metal... which is okay because it isnt plastic. They have a few different matching pieces, corner pieces, taller multi shelved pieces, shorter pieces, etc... They even have one that looks kind of like a garden cart with big wheels which would be a great displayer for the aromatherapy candles I have ordered.

The corner unit is about 6 feet tall with 5 shelves and cost $55 on sale. The multi shelved tall unit which fits flat against a wall would end up being about $65 on sale. The garden cart would also cost about $65.

i'm sad today because i was supposed to make a trip to WI this weekend and i was so looking forward to going to hobby lobby. (boooo - i can't come because of the weather) why don't they have these everywhere? i need to move back "home".

Dont plan on ever coming to visit a hobby lobby on a Sunday. They are always closed on Sundays.
