where can i host a party in singapore?

i'd like to throw a party in singapore and i need a venue.
something that i can rent from as early as 6 to as late as 1 or 2 am. i need to be able to supply my own food and drinks, own music, and i need electricity (ie, no beach). i need it to not be too much more than 250 sing. be able to hold between 50-80 people.
most importantly, i need it to not be aloha resorts, fort canning, or k-suites.
any kind of function room will do. if you know an apartment that has one and is open to all that would be good.
