Where on the West-Side or DT can I get a decent 15 min HJ for max 4 green?

Need help. Looking for an incall SP (perhaps MP or Independent) that'll set me up with a decent 15 min hj for a max of 4 green. I'm not into FS or GFE, only lookin for a hj. Seems like it's alot to ask around here eh?

Any reccomendations? Would be nice to be allowed to touch during too!

yeah, I guess the question is a difficult one. I've been to a few MPs and had terrible experiences, so was taking a shot in the dark, wondering if any independent SP have "quickie rates."
