If they're in the room, then they are generally willing to give a HJ. Only once did I ever not get a HJ, and that was at (now closed) AAA Health.

They may not offer any "extras" (including HJ) without there being some tip. You'll probably have to enquire about what is offered.

Commonly, "topless" involves a tip of $20-$40, as the minimal level for getting much of anything. Better to propose $40 for nude, and possibly a little more for a little more fun. Once there's some form of "a little more fun," a release is pretty likely...

The stuff that "leaps over the line" into being possibly-offensive to the MPA is to ask about services further down the line such as oral/"full service." At the better/safer spas, that sort of thing isn't readily offered.

You may want to try out some place like Body and Soul or the "Studio B franchise" (Studio B, in Scarborough, Santa Clara Spa, on Dufferin, or Lexa Studio, in Etobicoke), where rates are pretty consistent. (You shouldn't drop more than $120 at B&S, or $100 at the other three.) MPAs don't generally get too "shark-like" about charging for extras there...
