Where's the "Live" music?

Have tried searching through the threads but not had much luck, so, I'm hoping some of the BMs may be able to help.

I am really into "live" music and would like to make a list of the various bars and hotels which have singers/groups , and what time/days they play. I have a pretty eclectic taste in music, rock,pop,folk and don't mind which nationality, as long as they're good.

When I have a reasonable amount of recommendations, I will delete this thread and post a complete list in the "Newbies" area ,so it will be easier for all BMs to access.

The worst aspect of the Galaxy was getting touched up in the toilets by those guys that massage you while you are stood at the urinal taking care of business. My shy bladder syndrome became so bad that I could only pee in those rest rooms if I was ready to burst.

The best live band experience I have had in Patong was the Galaxy next to the Expat Hotel. The first time I visited I noticed that the Thais were being frisked and ID checked but I was let in un-molested.

The first thing I saw was this stunningly beautiful female singer dressed in go go boots hot pants and a crop top dancing and prancing around the seforum.xxxe, so I decided to stay. They did not have a single band but what seemed to be a troupe constantly rotating singers, dancers and band members.

When they were doing some boy band numbers I went outside to the BBQ stall for some animal parts on sticks and sat at the plastic chairs and tables provided. When to my amazement the gogo dressed super hot singer came out and bought some BBQ then asked me if she could share the table.

It felt like I was talking to a pop star a really weird experience. She told me that she never gets to go out because when she tells guys she gets off work at 3 a.m. they are not interested. During her next turn singing she saw me and waved it was a childish but huge thrill. Ahhhh sex with a pop star? [In the style of Wayne’s world] I am not worthy. I am not worthy.
