Queen Victoria now has over a thousand descendants that live in dozens of countries. Since it is possible for hemophilia to remain dormant for as many as 7 generations it is impossible to answer that question with any certainty. However we know of descedants with hemophlia in Russia, Denmark and Germany as well as Britain.
-------------
It is ironic since Queen Victoria was always concerned about "good blood". Before she died three of her nine children predeceased her and a 4th followed within a few months. Only one of her four sons had hemophilia, but it had already started showing up in her grandchildren and great grandchildren (some of whom also predeceased Victoria). It was clear to her in her old age that she was the source of the disease.
