Which therapy?

If you could choose two of three therapies to recieve out of aromatherapy,IHM and reflexology which would you choose? I am soon starting a course and am unsure of which two to start off with, so was wondering what was the most popular?

i would chose Aroma and Reflex, these two work well together, and i find that these are the treatments i mainly do.

I trained in reflexology first, and then did Indian Head massage as not everyone likes to have their feet worked on, so the opposite end of the body seemed a good place to start, the in areas that both tend to suffer most, the aromatherapy then compliments other therapies.

Why not go on a taster course, take a treatment youir self or go to a pamper evening at your local school, you can experience the treatment, decide if you would like to give the treatment and then find somewhere to study.

It would depend on how I felt and my reasons for wanting a treatment.

My least favourite would be aromatherapy becauseif I wanted massage it'susually to relieve muscular tension or back painI'd tend to opt forremedial massage.

It would probably be between IHM and reflex depending on who was doing it and my mood at the same time.

I'm not sure if you've decided already but my advice would beto do what you feel most drawn to and inspired about. At the end of the day, that's all that matters

And - just to be different - I would choose aroma and IHM - I don't particularly enjoy or feel the benefits of reflex, whereas after a massage (even a relaxation massage) or a IHM treament I usually feel great.

Funny though - I love foot massage..

Everyone is different - I would echa Azalia and say do whatever two you want to.

If you still can't decide, get a friend to tell you which one you won't be doing - and see if you feel disappointed. (Not sure it will work for this - but it works when my kids can't make a decision!)
