From what I have heard, this is a tough Business to be in right now no matter what kind of Studio you are operating.

Based on Eva's intel (see below) it seems to be both Impulse Spa's.

Nice rooms but not so great locations.

Well one ad is for a Downtown studio.

118 Ave and 149 Street is NOT downtown no matter how you cut it.

I have paid a visit to the southside studio (Also NOT considered Downtown) and it doesn't have 4 ROOMS if you include the staff and entrance.

So I'm thinking either the Owners of Impulse are directionally and operationally challenged OR it's another studio.

Now I could be wrong about this, but the first picture sure looks like one of the rooms (first on the right as you go in) at Diva's Spa (formerly Vegas) which is downtown. Back in the day, I remember spending many a great session in that room with a certain hot brunette.
Mind you it has different owners than Impulse, but the phone number in the ads is the same, so that doesn't make any sense.

If the downtown location is indeed correct, I think we can eliminate this room belonging to Penthouse, Legends and Revive. That doesn't leave much else does it?
