Who is your merchant account through?

I am thinking of switching my merchant account to another bank. Does anyone have a bank or merchant service with low fees to recommend?

We use IMS from Quickbooks because it is fully integrated with our accounting software and saves us the trouble of reconciling payments and deposits.

We have been approached by a good dozen merchant services providers, but have stuck with the services offered through Sam's Club. Most providers offer short-term savings, but the stability and reasonable cost of the Sam's Club service has kept us from jumping around.

That said, I pretty much hate Sam's Club (personal reasons, nothing to do with their merchant services) and my partner and I have a positive impression of several other services that have approached us. At another time of year we would be tempted to switch.

We go through Wells Fargo and have had NO problems.
Our previous provider was International Merchant Services, and we had nothing but problems with them.

I have been using Propay for a year and a half. I like the flexibility I have by calling in or emailing the charges. Fees may be a bit high, but it works for me.

I am a single practice, I accept credit card payments through my website using paypal. A client wants to pay using their CC, we just use my pc and I can print their receipt or they can have it emailed to them. This works great for me. No high merchant fees, just the fee that paypal takes. Goes into my paypal business account.
