However, I often practice on my hands or feet (although it is not easy!) but yesterday I had a very gritty area on my hands and as I worked it I felt a huge pain in my hands but higher up in the chest/lung area of my hands. I could not understand why that would happen. The original area I was working on is not related to the chest/ lung. I remember learning about Referred Pain but i don't know much about it.Can anyone offer suggestions or explain a bit more about Referred Pain please?
