This guide has some good information, but is a little out of date concering things like election laws. It's also obvious this was written by somebody with limited experience in Tijuana.

For example he's afraid to venture outside the heart of the ZN and his belief that chicas in small bars are mostly ficheras. He's also lacking in experience regarding MPs and escorts.
