blowing up the King David Hotel in 1946? Looking back, it seems like it might have been a bad idea for the Jewish Communists who founded "Israel" to introduce the concept of civilian terror bombing into the Middle East. My question is two parts:
(1) Why did the Communist Jews blow up the King David Hotel?
(2) Has "Israel" ever apologized for this first act of political terrorism in the Middle East?

The hotel was blown up for political reasons; to prevent the British administration from making the "wrong" choice.

And no, the more mainstream groups which went to go into Israel's politics after establishing it officially denounced the Irgun, the group that blew up the hotel. The Irgun was absorbed into the Israeli Defense Force, however.

For the record, they weren't Communist Jews. The Irgun was in fact rather right-wing, and the modern right-wing Likud Party can be traced back to it.

It is unfair to describe the terrorist groups in Palestine as 'Communist Jews'.

The Stern gang received funds and arms from Mussolini, and during the campaign against Rommel in North Africa, groups led by Stern gang leader Yitzhak Shamir, and Irgun's Menachem Begin were sabotaging the vital Haifa-Cairo railroad supply line (and terrorizing British and Palestinian civilians).

It would be more accurate to describe them as 'Fascist Jews'

I believe that you base your question on a false assumption. Jews were 'rebelling' and wanted to create their own state.

This was not the 'first act of political terrorism in the Middle East'.

Scholars dispute whether the roots of terrorism date back to the 1st century and the Sicarii Zealots, to the 11th century and the Al-Hashshashin, to the 19th century and Narodnaya Volya, or to other eras.
In the late 11th century CE, the Hashshashin (a.k.a. the Assassins) arose, an offshoot of the Ism?'?l? sect of Shia Muslims. Led by Hassan-i Sabbah and opposed to Fatimid rule, the Hashshashin militia seized Alamut and other fortress strongholds across Persia. Hashshashin forces were too small to challenge enemies militarily, so they assassinated city governors and military commanders in order to create alliances with militarily powerful neighbors. For example, they killed Janah al-Dawla, ruler of Homs, to please Ridwan of Aleppo, and assassinated Mawdud, Seljuk emir of Mosul, as a favor to the regent of Damascus. The Hashshashin also carried out assassinations as retribution. Under some definitions of terrorism, such assassinations do not qualify as terrorism, since killing a political leader does not intimidate political enemies or inspire revolt.

The group which blew up that hotel was not a communist or socialist group at all.

Jewish socialists in Israel of that time condemned the bombing and hunted down many members of that group effectively destroying it.

Now let's see if Egyptian Muslims crash Hamas and Muslim Brotherhood.
