This is an energy "problem" and so has to be dealt with accordingly.
Don't worry, please don't worry. Just reflect and take care of yourself as you normally would. I can't suggest anything for how you feel, just do whatever works for you. Relax, drink water, go outside.
This is a healing crisis, it sounds like. So, take it easy, and let all your energy go to processing this. No extra effort till its over. It may take the typical 21 days that everyone talks about. It will abate as it goes.
The most important thing is to reflect. You've just had a wonderfully powerful experience, and now your body is processing some stuff. Your mind is doing the same thing. Weird, completely random and seemingly trivial memories may pop up out of nowhere. Just accept them, and think about how you feel about them, and move on.
Don't take a bunch of drugs or try to fix yourself of this, everything is happening as it should. I would even suggest no more massage till it passes.
As for touching your toes. Don't bother, this will only help if you have already learned how to ground yourself. It's far too "dumbed" down to be useful. Well meaning, but useless.
Grounding is just reconnecting with the earth. You have to think about it, and then feel that connection. That's really all there is to it. Stand, quiet your mind, then use your imagination. As you get better at it, it won't be so much imagination anymore, and you will feel and direct things intentionally. Imagine there are roots coming out your feet, drive them deep underground. Rock on your feet a bit, noticing and amplifying the effect of the weight of your body on your feet. Imagine your feet weigh 100 pounds, and you can barely lift them. Now how do you feel? Practice this during this time.
The most important thing to do during this time is to accept what's happening to you. If you resist, you will suffer.
Remember that this is a short/long term thing. Only 3 weeks of occasional bouts of feeling bad. Explore how you feel during this time. Don't try to make it go away.
The way I think of it is that, I'd rather go through intense, short periods of crappiness and be done with it, than suffer a minor, but constant discomfort. Think of it as your body and mind doing some spring cleaning. You will feel SO much better when this passes. But you need to weather the storm with curiosity, patience, and love for your poor little self. Those are the only things to worry about.
My own opinion is that there are no actual toxins being released from cells during such an episode, but I could be wrong. I believe the whole thing to be much more profound than that, occuring primarily in you energetic body.
Since I see this as a beneficial (yet ugly) process, all directed at your personal and physical growth, I take no pity on you, and do not offer my sympathies or any fluffy well wishing. This would not have happened at this time if you did not possess the ability to make the most of it and grow from it. I'm sure you'll be just fine, and better even, when it's all over.
I will offer you this bit of enigmatic advice to ponder through this, however: This crisis is the black pearl. Examined out of context, it is judged ugly and small. What this fails to see, however, is that within its natural context, this is the fuel for everything good, which owes its existence and identity to the lowly black speck. The mathematics here are astounding, and beautiful.
Since you're in a healing ciris, you're probably also in a headspace to absorb what I'm saying. Jin-shin jitsu is very powerful, respect what's going on with your self.
To summarize: Healing crisis=good. Relax, reflect, practice grounding. Spend lots of quiet time thinking. Go for a walk once a day to keep the blood moving. Don't overexert. Don't feel sorry for yourself. Don't resist. Learn and grow.
That is all. You'll be fine, I commend you for asking for help, now listen to yourself for the answers. (oh, and to me too, of course)
