why has he not introduce me to friends or family?

so i have been with this guy for 6 months
and we only get to see each other when he has the time and he only comes round to mine. we never go out together
he says people know about us but yet has never even ask me to meet any body.
he says he cares and i am what he wants but it just don't feel like it.
he says he wants to wait til the time is right to show me to people.
i really don't trust him

Reading your story reminds me of when I dated a guy a few years ago like that we were dating a few months and although we did used to go out place I never met his family even though he still lived at home!
I thought everything was fine and we were happy in our little bubble that was till one day his Fiancee rang me, he had been engaged for over a year and I had not had a clue.

Looking back though I realise that he was keeping me away from everyone who knew he was engaged and if your guy is keeping you away from family and friends there really cant be any good reason for it. I would you advise you to call him out on this and if you dont like his answer just walk away will be less heartache in the long run

That seems really shady. Sounds like he might have another relationship (that his friends and family know about) and your the other woman. I wouldn't trust him either. You know what they say, let him go and if he loves you he'll come back (and he'll make necessary change)

I wouldn't trust him either. 6 months & you've never been out together? I'd have walked after a month of that bollox. Dump him love & find someone worthy of you. Either he's ashamed of you or you're his bit on the side.

Be honest and tell him that. It sounds really wierd, it's like he is hiding something! Tell him you would like to go on a date! If he says no then ask why not? Say you only want to go to the cinema or out to dinner, that's really not a Big deal.
Its been six months now and you should of at least of met his friends. If he doesn't want to hang out then ask why and talk to him abut it

Run away as fast as you can. 6 months is way to long. He either has someone else or he is embarrased of you. You can do better and deserve it. I would not waste my time with him
