I think for a lot it’s one of those things where it’s either a cheap thrill, passes the time when you have an hour to kill and also others like it to feel taken care of when a relationship falls apart. It certainly is an addition and it’s hard to break I find if I am busy I don’t even think about it. Just the times when I’m not I get in trouble.
