Personal Opinion Only: women under 21-23 have no business being in the business. I think it's inappropriate for a female to be a provider until she's started to get a foot hold on the mental maturity of a woman. Even though that's a vaguely defined line, it's certainly not true of 18/19 year olds, no matter how mature they seem.

Youth should be granted a sacred respect, as we only get to be kids once.

The OP was expressing curiosity about the AGENCY POV. Of course any legit agency is going to check ID carefully, whether an applicant is 18, 19 or 25.

IMHO the risk of "girls gone wild' is no better at 19 vs 18 (or visa versa)arty:.

The fact remains that youth is always in demand, and I would think many agencies would compete for the youngest legal they can find. In addition to this ad, I cant recall offhand seeing ANY ads in the last 4 years for an 18 year old SP.
