Why SRM ladies are cutting on our time?

Couple of weeks ago I had a session with Hannah and the same thing happened to me, I had paid for one hour session and before 45 min passed I was in my car. Besides, the session was not as great too, kind of rushed, and definitely not worth that much money. I know because I had been at SRM before and I always had fun there. I know that Hannah is working right now for HFH, and my session was right before she had moved there, probably she was in this don't care mood already. Well... lately this hobby is getting kind of boring; it used to be more fun, now I thing that somehow the quality of the service degraded a bit over time... I was not going to post about my incident but lately I see it happens more and more...

I ain't saying I've NEVER had my time cut at SRM (sometimes first session with a new girl), but generally it's me leaving 10 minutes past my allotted time.... and trying not to look too guilty as I pass Anita and Joy at front reception ! LOL

tomlee... interesting you said that! I also had my time cut majorly short at SRM. And I was beginning to think I was only one of a few this happened to. I hope the SRM management is paying attention to this... because these girls will ruin the spa's reputation.

have the mpa go the full time and perhaps in the course of her shift lose a half hour session...maybe more...customer gain...

or the mpa makes the session short... gets ready for the next one in the time set aside for the prior session...and nothing is lost only the mpa and spa gain..

it's all about customer service...and skimping on time is definitely not customer service friendly....ask Kayla about enforcing full time sessions for customers....

I guess maybe once the deed is done for the mpa...she doesn't care what time it is...next...

I don't think it's right for an MPA to cut short a customer's time just to fit another customer into her shift. A customer paid good money for a service...and I think he should get it. I think the situation that you described is more than likely what happened when I got ripped off by Cyan. Good customer service would say... losing half an hour of a POSSIBLE next client is worth future hour long sessions from a satisfied client. As opposed to cutting somebody short... and them not wanting to come back.

Anita and Joy pay close attention to this board. If there's a problem I have no doubt they will deal with it.

Now, if there is a spa-wide problem, give them a chance to address that.

As you said, it only happened to you once so far. Your bruised ego will heal, and your wallet will be replenished; just let it go.

I tend to agree more with JackCrack.

If this is a repetitive problem, it should be brought up repetitively so that the management knows that it is not an isolated incident.

I have also read enough to know that the people at SRM will look at customer complaints and do their best to correct the problem. That's one of the reasons that SRM is one of the best MPs in town.

If this problem persists I hope they post their concerns instead of just letting it go.

sarasota... please do not "try" to insult me. Obviously there was more than one person with that problem. Why don't you "grow up"... and try not to make comments like that.

Exactly... constructive criticism will allow the management to make the Spa better. I am not trying to badmouth the spa over all... I admit I had one of my favourite sessions of all time with Hailey... and Annabelle also gave me a very enjoyable session. If people voice their "complaints"... then theoretically ALL sessions will be as enjoyable as the ones I had with Hailey and Annabelle.

I've found that if you pay 45 it seems more rushed. I had one really rushed and disappointing session with brooke never again I usally pay for 30 and get what I pay for. I don't care for longer sessions. But SRM is still my favorite.

The question I have, as in jackcrack's case, is why not stop at the desk on the way out and say that you were disappointed in how short the session seemed, if necessary quoting the exact times you noted from the clock in the room? Direct (polite) approach to management at the time is usually a more effective way of correcting poor service, than a posting a bad review later.

Simple solution.

Book a half hour event.

Generally speaking no matter what she does, you will get a half hour out of her.

End of problem.
