The problem is not everyone has the same idea on what constitutes a troll. I think the members who want to see others banned are trolls themselves. Everyone has a right to their opinion, even if it is not politically correct.

True, there may be a large gray area, but identifying the extremes isnt too hard. RESPECT the ladies (perhaps except BDSM)dont try to tell everyone else how THEIR dick, emotions, relationships, spending or kinks are supposed to work. :whip:

Generally true, NOT necessarily around these here parts fella. There are lots of other sites where racism, misogyny and totally wacko 'review' posts are tolerated along with slander, :twisteduting and illegal crap. So you know where to go if you feel strongly about your vote.

Certainly would be interested in other's RELEVANT comments, but consider the following-

1) Kidding aside, a troll is whoever the owner of a www site decides is a troll.

2) From my extensive observations it can best be summarized as a lack of respect for others in general. (expressions of contempt, violence, humiliation may be tolerable in a BDSM forum- but not my expertise)

3) This is often accompanied by broad statements of 'expertise' and attempting to speak for everyone.

EXAMPLES
A) Just to counter #2 above (i love arguing 16 different views :na. If you post something like:
"Anyone who wants needles in their balls is fucking SICK." That is trollish on a sex board, and especially in BDSM (if you logged in to criticize LEAVE. That is for sure trolling)

B) Accusing others of being 'SHILLS", unless you have PROOF. As far as I know, only the mods might be able to prove anything by tracking IPs or other tech magic.
Of course if you "TOFTT" and can claim a B&S etc, going back to a prior bogus review and screaming 'SHILL':whip: is NOT trolling.

C) Similar to B), terms like 'pimp', 'dirty ho', 'liar', or IMPLYING extortion, bribery ('he gave her a nice review in exchange for a freeby'). PROVE IT or state the facts in your review/warning(ladies). Accusing someone of being a LAP DOG is not trolling!

D) Disrespect for the ladies in GENERAL is trolling. If you have a review of a drug addled SP thief- fair enough. If you want to rant about YOUR ex wife, post m-in-law jokes no problem. But if you think you can generalize about ALL SPs (or women) by accusing them of being heartless, thieves, con artists,druggies, stupid blah, blah. Then STFU!

E) Disrespect for other posters/punters and the sick male dogs of humanity:intello: in GENERAL is trolling. At WORST, wild and kinky posters should take it to the BDSM where (I would guess) anything LEGAL goes.

F) ATTACKING back (IMHO) is not trolling, but see #1.

G)The ladies NEED clean, respectful gents who want a 15 minute BJ. The ladies LIKE super rich sugar daddies. Contempt for the former ('cheap trash') or the latter ('spendthrift idiots') is TROLLING. Stating, "Um gee, I personally would NEVER do....." is NOT trolling.

Meh, its the internet, what do you expect?

People say all sorts of things that are rude, stupid and false.
That is simply the nature of the beast.

Since I do not operate a board I do not worry about it, there are other more important things that need the little bit of time that I have (i.e. this evening's menu and this weekend's companion).

If someone gets overly stupid I put them on ignore, if the board overall gets to a point that I dislike it, I leave, no fuss or fanfare needed.
