Wii import games? Help !!! ( newbie) !!!!!!?

Ok I got my wii in November 8 2009 and I want to import games using windowsxp and play then on my wii. I do have it soft modded on 4.2u. I have homebrew I hot from boot mii using( banner bomb of corse) I am using backup launcher 0.3 with a modded ios . I got a torrent on pirate bay (wii resort) the comments says it works. After I downloaded it I used imgburn( I am new to this sorry) I got like 9 winrar files ( I know about wii iso. Com but they take too long to download) I go to imgburn and make a build a image file or watever after it finishes I end up with two files one winrar file(or winzip same thing) and this other file with a DVD on i can't put both or can I? I put the winrar file on it and it dosent work the other file is only 5kb so I don't think that's it . I looked arount on the web someday that I have to have a mod chip and that is my last opption because I don't want to rip open my wii and put some stuff where I amnot supposed to and end up having to get another wii. So am I actually doing the process right ? Because when i burn it to a DVD-r an use back uplauncher it dosnt work it just automaticaly goes back to the backuplauncher meneu and I am shire it works because my other games that I hot from gamestop work wile using backuplauncher?
