Yet, I like TJ. mogering hobby and that where my monies will land and

#2) For you to get in this game makes about as much sense as the following other business ventures.
2a) Start your own Waste Management Business (Guess who runs that)
2b) Go sell narcotics in MS13 Teriroty (Guess who runs that)
2c) Move to Columbia and start growing your own Coca plants (Guess who runs that)

MExico is one corrupt place and my guess is you don't have the connections or experience to even contemplate this. Wake up!

My friends and I have always wanted to buy/lease a club in tj. I'm not sure if anybody knows anything about the inner workings but is this possiable? My friend is a US citizen but he also has his Mexican Nationalism. So the club would be in his name. We don't know if we want to try and buy the club or try and lease a building and go from there. Probably see if we can lease. Would we have any sort of shot getting this off the ground? Is getting a liquor license tough? If this is possiable then are there any rough estimates on how much we should have in the bank first? Thanks for any input.
