I am doing total body workouts consisting of complex exercises 3x a week (bench, deadlifts, squats, dips, chins, etc,.). Will I lose any fat and also gain some muscle? I'd obviously like to do both (who wouldn't) but I know that that's usually impossible. I'm really unhappy with the fat on my lower abs, sides, and some on my chest. See pictures:

I'd appreciate any advice you have for me. What do you think I can accomplish in 3 weeks? I've got a date then and would like to look good
