Will R?eflexology help my IBS pains

I've had seriously cripling IBS pain for a few months now and at my witts end, am so upset and it hurts so much.I've had IBS on and off for 6 years but never this bad...was wondering if reflexology could help in any way?
Any advise would be good, and info on how it works?

oohhh and some reflexology places I could maybe go to in London ?

Reflexology has been found to be very useful in the treatment of IBS.

One of my case studies had IBS and his symptoms certainly improved. Another case study had stomach bloating and crippling pains as symptoms of endometriosis and after 6 sessions with me those pains disappeared.

So it's certainly worth giving it a go. I'm not sure if there's somewhere on this website that lists practitioners but otherwise go to www.findareflexologist.com and put in your postcode to find one near you.

I remember lying on the floor with cripling pains like you soI know how you feel. I tried almost everything to get rid of it.I saw someone in London who did the Vega Testing which meant taking homeopathic supplements. I then took up alternative therapies - especially relaxation! I also had Acupuncture and a good tip - eat Yeo Valley Yoghurt (they contain the best beneficial good bacteria for your gut). It did not change straight away but after a few years it started to go away. I also think Candida cangive IBS type symptoms - there are websites where you can do Food Testing and Candida Testing.
