Wisdom tooth

Hi
Can anyone remind me where the wisdom tooth reflex is - I am in a lot of pain. I think it is the 5th (small) toe??????? Cannot take any more painkillers - I will be rattling otherwise!! Off to dentist at 4pm!!

Hi TJ,

How did you get on at the dentist? Hope you are OK now.

I have had a look at my precision reflexology chart and it shows the teeth on the front of the big toe though I work all the toes. However, I googled this and there is not much to be found except for someone who was being unkind about reflexology mentioning that Inge Dougans says the reflex for the wisdom teeth is on the front of the little toe. She says each toe is a reflex for certain teeth.

Of course, all charts vary so I would be inclined, as I do in every treatment, to work the front of all the toes as any problem with wisdom teeth will affect all the teeth.

I had to have antibiotics and hidrocodeine but the hydrocodeine made me feel weird, sick and dizzy. I have to have the tooth removed on Friday - and I am petrified!!!! OUCH!!!

The reflex for the teeth are on the front of the large toe only, about half way down if you want to be very precise. However i would work the first two to make sure.

I checked again and, indeed, Inge Dougans does show the wisdom tooth reflex on the little toe below the nail. I agree, mine, and most other charts, show teeth only on the big toe, but none show wisdom teeth except for Inge.

It all adds to our knowledge! Worth a try if this ever crops up for any of us.

That blooming Inge Dougans always has an answer for everything LOL

I suppose it makes sense as the wisdom teeth are at the farthest point at the back of the mouth and if the sinuses cover all five toes then so should the teeth.
