The Collier County Sheriff's Office arrested a woman accused of operating an illegal massage business in Naples.Deputies said Xu Huiping, 55, was arrested last year on the same charge and is awaiting trial in that case.According to the arrest report, deputies arrested Huiping after they found her hiding behind a couch inside of her business, Asian Angels Spa.Deputies said Huiping was unable to provide them with documents required by the state to legally operate a business.Huiping and 11 other employees were arrested in Aug. 2024 after deputies said she violated state laws.
