The victim of alleged sexual battery at an Orlando Massage Envy has filed a lawsuit against the franchise owner, and the man whom she accuses of assaulting her appears to have disappeared.
According to the lawsuit, the woman claims to have been sexually battered by her massage therapist, Frederick Dost, on Aug. 18, 2014, at the Massage Envy on Turkey Lake Road in Orlando.
The lawsuit alleges that Dost began touching the victim's breasts, then rubbed his genitals against her head.
The lawsuit claims that the massage industry "has a substantial problem that is or should be known to Massage Envy franchisees," including Copper Carma Inc., the owner of the Orlando franchise.
Dost was fired by Massage Envy after the victim filed a complaint, and his whereabouts are currently unknown. According to the Florida Department of Health website, Dost reported to the state body that regulates massage therapists that he was not working in Florida.
