A woman who was unauthorized to give professional massages was also charged with prostitution for allegedly also offering sexual solicitation services.
Ting Wu, 45, of El Monte, California, was arrested Wednesday and charged with sexual solicitation, prostitution, and a business license violation. Sheโs currently being held at the Washington County Jail, facing a $3,990 bail.
According to the probable cause statement filed in the case, investigators made contact with Wu on Tuesday online while she was allegedly advertising sexual solicitation services. On Wednesday, undercover officers allegedly arranged to meet with her, court records indicate.
Upon arrival to the meeting location, investigators allegedly observed a male, later identified as Dallas Smith, of Leeds, exit the same area, the probable cause states.

The report indicates Smith allegedly admitted to receiving a massage and oral sex from Wu in exchange for money. When officers questioned Wu, she also allegedly admitted to receiving money from Smith for performing sexual acts, according to the statement.
Smith was charged with sexual solicitation, and Wu was allegedly not licensed to provide professional massages, so she was also charged with operating without a business license.
Wu is scheduled for an arraignment on Oct. 11. Her arrest marks the fifth prostitution-related arrest made by St. George Police Department this week.
