A sting at a Tallahassee massage parlor ends with an arrest for prostitution and practicing massage without a license.
Wan Min Pang was arrested last night at the Jade Massage Parlor.
That's on the corner of Williams and Gadsden Streets, right in the heart of midtown Tallahassee.
A sign on the door at Jade Massage Parlor advertises its open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Monday, one of the customers was an undercover Leon County Sheriff's deputy who says 47 year old Wan Min Pang offered to perform a sex act for money.
Pang was promptly arrested.
"We're not too surprised," Jeff Sammons said as he pulled out of the parking lot across the street.
"It looks suspicious to you?" we asked.
"Well... it just looks like something that you read about. You could see cars and kind of weird hours," Sammons said.
"It's kind of scary that it's going on right next door, but it's really not that surprising," Jennifer Ansley said.
Ansley owns a business right next door. She says Jade's opened in January and she's been suspicious ever since.
"Just a lot of men walking, parking in different places and then walking up to the front door so... they'd park in our parking lot and walk over," she said.
We found an ad for Jade's Massage Parlor on backpage.com. It has a post dated March 7th advertising the grand opening and featuring several photos.
"I was calling about the employee who was arrested for prostitution... "
We called the number listed both on back page and the front door.
"That was the receptionist. She said she was going to talk to the owner and if he wants to say something he will call me back."
We have not yet heard back and we're still checking to see if Jade Massage has a license with the state of Florida.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- The Leon County Sheriff's Office says a woman has been arrested as part of an undercover investigation at a Tallahassee massage parlor.
Deputies say 47-year-old Wan Min Pang was arrested Monday and charged with prostitution and practicing massage without a license.
An undercover detective says Pang offered to perform sexual acts for payment during a transaction at a massage parlor on 326 Williams Street.
A Backpage.com article references a grand opening of a massage parlor at the same Williams Street address Monday.
The Leon County Sheriff's Office says they've received multiple complaints of prostitution at local massage parlors.
In January, deputies arrested a woman twice in a week following undercover prostitution stings at another massage parlor in North Tallahassee.
