wording: regular clients?

i'm sending out an enewsletter and the basis of it is 'some of our regular clients are on vacation this week..'

but i don't like the sound of 'regular clients'. i don't like the sound that some of them might be not be regular or the negative connotaion of regular.

anyway, what wording can you think of?

What about just saying clients instead of regular clients?

Are you trying to tell people that you've got more appointments available because many clients are on vacation this week?

From our side of the fence there are clients who fill our book with regular appointments and there are clients who just come a couple of times a year. But on the client side of the fence a client is just a client and no one really knows how often the same person is filling up appointments every week.
