Did anyone end up doing something to celebrate World Reflexology Week? I was on-call for a birth so I didn't make plans that I knew I could not guarantee I would keep them.

Hiya

I've been offering Reflexology taster sessions (30 min) for £10 this week and am also carrying this on throughout October. Anyone attending will also go into a draw and the winner will get 2 free full treatments with me worth £50.

Just really trying to build awareness. Spent ages doing a press release but of course my local papers would rather tell us about things that happened last week (and we all think wow that would have been good pity no-one had heard about it) or better still 2 pages on bygone days - who reads that lol

So word of mouth as usual, couple of people who have 'thought' about coming before have now booked. Then again I always do a taster session (just at £15) so must be the lure of the prize!

What a great idea! I wouldn't have thought to offer sampler sessions within my office - I've only ever done it at events and open house/anniversary celebrations. I'm filing this away for next year's ideas.

I offered half price treatments for the week and it was quite popular. This is the first year I've been organised enough to do anything about it.

Next year I think I'll be more adventurous and do a proper press release, offer taster sessions etc.
