I don´t know, where your hotel is located within Wuhan, but I stayed at the Haiyi Jinjiang Hotel, 1, Hongshan Lu (Lu = Street)
This is located immediately adjacent to the Hongshan Square, which is maybe 200 x 300 meters and has in the evening several street-walkers going around.

When I was there it was pretty cold (in February) and I was freezing my ass off, same as the women. These women don´t know anything about dressing sexy and the one I picked was pretty shy at first, but even though she could not speak English and I can still not speak any Mandarin or Cantonese, we understood each other, agreed on the money and went to a short-time hotel which I let her choose. Don´t ask me about prices - I forgot. But for a Westerner it still is shit-cheap.
I still remember, the room was very cold and we HAD to fuck to become warm
At first I was not so thrilled, but in the end it had become a good session.
