I thought those are simple questions but I always fail to understand the response, either it is in Chinesenglish, a language that I cannot understand; or "just come on in, we will have a beautiful girl waiting for you". Does any of you have any luck booking someone specific over the telephone?

I would love to try Lala and a couple of other new girls but going there at random time and hope that she is available has not worked for me.

If you did, holy cow! the stereotypical Asian angle played by Xiaoping is shameless. Hahahah, its like saying "Hey come for massage, we KNOW what you really want to see and you are not "REALLY LOOKING for a therapeutic massage. You are looking for a beautiful female to touch you naked body for pleasure. Hahahaha"
Confession: I am Asian myself so if Xiaoping play that game of stereotypical Asian demeanor, behaviour, and play the Asian sexuality for the Westerner to get more business and invite the men to come in, this sets us back in time, really.............................. They are sold out to the business.
How often have you seen the legit, RMT places around the city resorting to selling out their services and using sexuality to draw and invite business to their establishment? That idea is usually clearly shot down dismissed as a sellout which they do not want to compromise.

I did get the "just come on in, we will have a beautiful girl waiting for you" response, not always but more than once.

Last time I called, the lady barely spoke any English, poor choice for a person to answer the phone, I can hear Chinese conversation with another person between each line, more of less like this:

"I would like to book an appointment for 8, can you tell me who is working tonight"
pause ... / Chinese conversation in the background
"8 good, come in"
"I would like to know who is working before I book"
pause ... / Chinese conversation in the background
"any name?"
"Can I find out who is working?"
pause ... / Chinese conversation in the background
"8 good, new beautiful girl for you"

Sometimes I wish I speak Chinese and understand what they are saying in the background.

As for texting, I am looking at their cards, emailed them, no response. I guess I will text both numbers on the card and see if there is a response.

I don't usually have a problem. I phone and say "I would like a massage on (day) at (time) with (name of masseuse). She (it's usually Linda, because I think she is more or less "the boss") will then say "OK" or say the person is busy and suggest another time. I agree, they should have somebody with better engrish answering the phone. I suspect Linda likes to try to redirect people to the new girls whenever possible to give the new girls some work and exposure.
