Service at this micro seems to be dropping. I went there thursday,selected jennifer, turned out to be a bad choice; she tried rushing me along, tried to make me finish quick. In the end managed to finish in spite of her rushing. She even counted the donations in front of me, asked for tip. I was even nice enough to give her tip,what a waste of my cash. Hope the other new girls are not all like jennifer, otherwise Yo Yo could be a empty place once other pooners experience the level of service at yo yos. I may just give yo yo a call and tell her about the lack of service from this girl.

You should tell Yoyo what her girls does. It mght just improved the service abit.

Even better, Tell Yoyo u want a discount next time, to make up for this. I've been to Yoyo a number of times but so far so good.
This might be a dfferent Jennifer that I've been wih before.

I also suggest you to call and talk to Yoyo and the guy " i can't remember his name." I have posted the bad level of service recently. I have not been back for 3 weeks. they will loose a lot of business. Yoyo was a bit rush herself.

It is very sad to hear the service degradation. My heart still long for Geri who already left and went back to Korea (according to Yoyo).

Customer service is the key to this business. This is why this board exists so pooner's ideas can be expressed and will actually make a difference!

Thats what happens when they let the good ones go and keep getting new rookies who don't know how to give good service. Haven't been back to yoyo's ... now I know why.

I've been there 2 weeks ago and saw Sarah. Had a very nice time. I don't think it's time to push the panic button yet. But I have noticed that Ricky has stopped asking me "how was the girl?"
