Is a self-care routine even legit without a facial massage? Chanel says absolutely not. That’s why it has released a specialised application hack for the popular N°1 de Chanel Revitalising Serum and launched the new plumping Red Camellia Cream – a reformulation of its Revitalising Cream, now featuring a lighter gel-cream texture that’s even more suited for our humid weather.
The Red Camellia Cream is loaded with red camellia extract – Chanel’s not-so-secret magic potion for tackling senescence (a fancy term for how your skin ages) – and camellia ceramide. This lightweight skincare powerhouse keeps your skin looking flawless, boosting elasticity, strengthening the skin barrier, and said to deliver up to 12 hours of hydration without the dreaded sticky feel. It also contains oligopeptides to stimulate collagen and hyaluronic acid production, delivering anti-wrinkle and firming action.
The receipts? Chanel’s research shows that after two months of use, wrinkles and pores are reduced by 30 per cent, elasticity improves by 51 per cent, and skin becomes 46 per cent more radiant and 60 per cent smoother.

Enhance your self-care routine with Chanel’s modern take on gua sha, a centuries-old tool known for muscle-soothing and detoxifying benefits. Chanel’s version goes beyond tradition, crafted to boost the N°1 de Chanel ritual by targeting wrinkles, elasticity, pores, and radiance.
This facial massage tool is eco-friendly, crafted from over 85 per cent bio-based materials including camellia seed husks and FSC-certified wood by-products. Its organic cotton protective pouch is GOTS-certified, the globally recognised textile processing standard for organic fibres, incorporating ecological and social criteria.

The massage accessory is drenched in the signature N°1 de Chanel red.
Before applying, target those pores by using the notched edge of the accessory on the nose and cheeks with some up-and-down strokes, followed by horizontal, outward smoothing movements. For that extra elasticity, twist the skin on the lower face with the V-shaped end. To tackle wrinkles, stretch the skin on each wrinkle and go to town with the pointed tip for zigzag moves. Apply the serum and cream, then smooth things out with your hands. After applying, grab the V-shaped end along the jawline, from chin to ear, and use the concave part to amp up that radiance.
After applying the cream and serum, use the V-shaped end of the accessory to perform deep strokes along the jawline, from chin up to the ear. To really turn up the glow, use the concave part of the massage accessory for smoothing moves.
The N°1 de Chanel Red Camellia Cream is priced at $193 for 50g, while the N°1 de Chanel Massage Accessory is priced at $69. Both items will be available from Chanel Fragrance and Beauty boutiques starting January 3, 2025.
