Tried to buy my kid Selena Gomez tickets(heh heh don't laugh) and these people want like 4x their value blah. How do I avoid this crap or do you know a place that ain't so greedy I tried to buy them the first day and got locked out by ticketmaster....that place is like a fucking monopoly, brutal.

Alyson is correct, got a good deal a few times on Oiler tickets. Best deals are on the day of the show, longer you wait the better price you get.

Best bet is to try and get presale tickets. Of course for that you need to sign up for various different websites. As much as I'd love to divulge those I don't want to risk missing out on tickets when shows come to town I want to see. Anyways, have a search through the net and I'm sure you'll find out the websites I'm talking about. As far as getting them after the fact; Kijiji, Edmonton Backpages, Ebay and Duttslist can be used. If you don't see any for sale don't be afraid to throw an add up saying that you are looking for x amount of tickets to this or that show.

That being said, I'm off to get ready for PEARL JAM!

Wait until about a week or so before the show and just keep checking ticket master. They ALWAYS release more seats.. Trust me on this one!
